- What are your reservation and cancellation conditions?
When making your reservation, we request a non-refundable deposit of 30% for pitches and rentals, plus administrative fees (30 euros per reservation) depending on the period. The balance for camping pitches is payable on the day of your arrival. The balance of the rentals is payable one month in advance at the latest.
Please note that reservations for 2027 are made at your own risk. We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance policy in your country to cover you in the event of any eventuality such as family problems (illness, death…) or if your country imposes a travel ban / lockdown etc.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the deposit or holiday balances. Once the deposit or a balance is paid, it is non-refundable. We also cannot postpone your stay to 2028. If you make a reservation you agree to these terms and conditions
Do you offer cancellation insurance?
No, we do not offer cancellation insurance. It is up to you to contact your bank or insurer for this. If you pay by credit card, the insurance may already be included subject to your contract, your bank should be able to inform you of this. Any amount paid is non-refundable, which is why we strongly advise our customers to take out cancellation insurance in order to avoid possible problems in the event of cancellation.
How is your campsite laid out?
The campsite is divided into two sides as you can see on the map available on our website.
There is a part on the private beach side of the campsite and another part on the port and public beach side. The two sides are separated by the municipal road accessing the beach.
Not all pitches have pitches have a view of the lake but as the campsite is located on the shores of Lake Annecy, you will never be far from the water.
The price for both parts is the same.
Can we choose our pitch or mobile home when we make our online request?
It is not possible to choose a specific pitch or mobile home on the site. When you make your online booking request, you can write down your wishes in the comments field.
However, the demand for some pitches far exceeds availability (we only have 16 pitches on the lake for example) and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to allocate you one of your preferred pitches.
Do babies and children count as people when it comes to accommodation capacity?
Yes, the maximum capacity stated for each of our rental units includes everyone staying, including babies and young children.
Are the rental units equipped with sheets and blankets?
All our rental units are equipped with pillows and blankets. Sheets can be provided as an optional extra (for an additional charge).
Is end-of-stay cleaning included in my booking?
No, it is not included. Upon departure, you are required to:
- Thoroughly clean the bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom/toilet facilities, and terrace
- Empty, defrost, and clean the refrigerator
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away the dishes
- Clean the plancha (provided in some rental units)
If you wish, you may opt to pay for the cleaning service package.
Do all rental units have air conditioning?
No, only the Platinium Blue Mountain and 3-bedroom Premium Riviera mobile homes have air conditioning, as well as the duplexes/apartments SA03, SA04, SB11, and SC18.
Does the campsite offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, throughout the entire campsite. HOWEVER, please be aware that mobile network coverage and the Wi-Fi connection may be weak or inconsistent, as the area is poorly served by network providers (a situation beyond our control).
Therefore, if you are planning to work remotely during your stay, we recommend taking this into account before booking, as the campsite is not set up for such use.
Can I charge my electric car at the campsite?
No, that is not possible. Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the campsite.
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to charge an electric vehicle using a power outlet at a mobile home or a campsite utility hookup (as these are not designed for this purpose and pose a risk of overheating or damage).
Is your campsite suitable for teenagers?
Our campsite is a family campsite. The majority of our guests are families with children aged 0 to 12. In July and August we offer activities for children aged 14 and over but only until 10pm. From 11pm we require complete peace and quiet on the campsite grounds.
We do not offer a place for teenagers to meet on the campsite grounds.
If this is not a problem for you and your teenagers, our campsite is suitable for your family. Otherwise, we advise you to look for a campsite more suited to your needs.
Do you offer evening events for teenagers and adults?
No; our activities are designed primarily for young children and families. We prefer to be transparent about this before you book, so that you can make an informed choice and ensure your stay perfectly meets your expectations.
Does each pitch have electricity and water?
All our pitches have electricity (10 Amp) but not have individual water connexion. There are 12 water points throughout the campsite as well as a service area for motorhomes.
What are your opening hours?
In low season from 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-19:00
In high season (July-August) from 9:00-20:00 all day.

From what time can I check-in?
For pitches from 1 p.m., for rentals from 5 p.m.
- From what time can I check-out?
For pitches before 12:00, for rentals before 10:00.
- What happens if I arrive after opening hours?
In case of late arrival, please contact the reception by phone before it closes.
- Are there times for the campsite access barrier?
No, you can go in and out as you wish, respecting the tranquility of other people on the campsite after 10 p.m.
- Can I pay with holiday vouchers or VACAF vouchers?
We only accept ANCV holiday vouchers. VACAF vouchers will not be accepted.
- How to pay the deposit for rentals?
You can pay your deposit by French check, in cash or by credit card imprint (pre-authorization)

What do I need for my camping pitch?
(not provided): approximately 25m extension cord, adapter plug for the electrical outlet, and large tent pegs for hard ground. Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (8:00 p.m. in July and August). On the last day, the pitch must be vacated by 12:00 p.m.
- Are dogs accepted in your campsite?
Yes, except category 1 and 2 dogs, if they are kept on a leash and up to date with their vaccinations. Dogs are allowed on camping pitches and in appartment/studio rentals but are not accepted in mobile homes.
- Can my dog go to the private beach and swim in the lake?
Yes, on the private beach it is allowed and the dog can swim in the lake when there are no swimmers. Doussard public beach is closed to dogs.
- Are BBQs allowed on the campsite?
Charcoal and gas BBQs are allowed and electric BBQs are authorized up to a power limit of 10A. BBQs on the ground are strictly prohibited
- What languages are spoken at reception?
French, English, Dutch and German.
- From what age can my child participate in the mini-club?
From 4 years old
- What languages are spoken by the mini-club leaders?
The animators are of Dutch nationality and are asked to speak French and English
- Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The campsite has sanitary facilities accessible to people with reduced mobility. The swimming pool is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The accommodations do not have access planned for people with reduced mobility
- How far is the campsite from Annecy?
18 km
- Can we put a small tent next to our mobile home?
It is not allowed to put a tent on the site of the mobile home. You should rent a camping pitch for your tent.
- How many people maximum are allowed on a camping pitch?
We accept 6 people per pitch when booking (children included).
- What can be rented on the campsite?
Baby cot, high chair, linens, bikes, TV (rental only), and gas plancha depending on availability.

Yes, the pool is heated. Please be advised that the temperature of the outdoor pool is dependent on the weather condition
