Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your reservation and cancellation conditions?

When making your reservation, we request for a non-refundable deposit of 30% for pitches and rentals, plus administrative fees (30 euros per reservation) depending on the period. The balance for camping pitches is payable on the day of your arrival at the latest. The balance of the rentals is payable one month in advance

Please note that reservations for 2024 are taken at your own risk. We advise you to subscribe to a cancellation insurance in your country to cover you in the event of family problems (illness, death…) or if your country imposes a travel ban / lock down etc.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the deposit or holiday balances. Once the deposit or a balance is paid, it is non-refundable. We also cannot postpone your stay to 2025. If you make a reservation you agree to these terms and conditions

What are your opening hours?

In low season from 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-19:00 
In high season (July-August) from 9:00-20:00 without interruption
Opening date: April 26th & closing date: September 22nd 2024

From what time can I check-in?

For pitches from 1 p.m., for rentals from 5 p.m.
 

  • From what time can I check-out?

For pitches before 12:00, for rentals before 10:00.
 

  • What happens if I arrive after opening hours?

In case of late arrival, please contact the reception by phone before it closes.
 

  • Are there times for the campsite access barrier?

No, you can go in and out as you wish, respecting the tranquility of other people on the campsite after 10 p.m.
 

  • Can I pay with holiday vouchers or VACAF vouchers?

We only accept ANCV holiday vouchers. VACAF vouchers will not be accepted.
 

  • How to pay the deposit for rentals?

You can pay your deposit by French check, in cash or by credit card imprint (pre-authorization)
 

  • Are dogs accepted in your campsite?

Yes, except category 1 and 2 dogs, if they are kept on a leash and up to date with their vaccinations. Dogs are allowed on camping pitches and in appartment/studio  rentals but are not accepted in mobile homes.
 

  • Can my dog go to the private beach and swim in the lake?

Yes, on the private beach it is allowed and the dog can swim in the lake when there are no swimmers. Doussard public beach is closed to dogs.
 

  • Are BBQs allowed on the campsite?

Charcoal and gas BBQs are allowed and electric BBQs are authorized up to a power limit of 10A. BBQs on the ground are strictly prohibited
 

  • What languages are spoken at reception?

French, English, Dutch and German.
 

  • From what age can my child participate in the mini-club?

From 4 years old
 

  • What languages are spoken by the mini-club leaders?

The animators are of Dutch nationality and are asked to speak French and English
 

  • Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility?

The campsite has sanitary facilities accessible to people with reduced mobility. The swimming pool is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The accommodations do not have access planned for people with reduced mobility
 

  • How far is the campsite from Annecy?

18 km
 

  • Can we put a small tent next to our mobile home?

It is not allowed to put a tent on the site of the mobile home. You should rent a camping pitch for your tent.
 

  • How many people maximum are allowed on a camping pitch?

We accept 6 people per pitch when booking (children included)
 

  • Do you have Wifi everywhere on the campsite?

The wifi network extends throughout the campsite
 

  • What can be rented on the campsite?

Baby bed, high chair, linens, bikes, TV (rental only), and gas plancha depending on availability
