One of the novelties of this season is the Wellcamp application. This application allows you to access all the information concerning the campsite and the activities of the region.

Come and discover the flavors of Savoie wines. At the foot of the Massif des Bauges in the direction of Chambéry you will find plenty of vineyards at an altitude of around 400 m: Frèterive, St Jean de la Porte, Arbin, Cruet, Chignin, Myans and Apremont.

Local wines go very well with Savoie cheeses, you will discover new and delicious flavors.

The wines of Savoie are mostly made from white grape varieties (70%) with some reds (20%) and few rosés and sparkling wines. These are wines that are drunk young (3 years old). The preferred grape varieties are Jaquère, Altesse, Roussane (main grape variety in Chignin-Bergeron), Chardonnay and Gringet.

Good news for cycling enthusiasts and enthusiasts. This year the Tour de France passes through Savoie during several stages.

Stage 4: Tuesday July 2, departure from Pinerolo in Italy and arrival in Valloire

Stage 5: Wednesday July 3, departure from St-Jean-de-Maurienne and arrival in Macon

The magnificent Château de Menthon-Saint-Bernard dating from the 10th century overlooks the translucent waters of Lake Annecy. It can be visited from May to September. It is said to have inspired Walt Disney for his drawing of the castle of Sleeping Beauty. This historic monument is located at just 12 km from the campsite.

Treat yourself to the markets of our beautiful region where you will find plenty of Savoyard specialties: dry sausages, diots, cheeses such as Tomme, Beaufort, Reblochon, génépi, honey and blueberry tart.

Enjoy the splendid landscapes that open up to you during the aerial routes high on the Savoyard mountains. An activity halfway between hiking and climbing, it is the perfect hobby for any thrill-seeker and nature lovers.
